I'm assuming you are on DOS2 with the Devialet app (as DOS1 had built in radio support).
I'm on IOS but I believe that Mconnect is available for Android - I use it to stream radio stations via upnp to my phantoms. I think Devialet themselves recommend Bubble UPNP when using Android but the principles are the same.

Unfortunately getting RADIO to the phantom via UPNP requires a media server on your network (as far as I know?).
Its not difficult but its certainly not as simple as using Airplay to get radio to the phantoms but I have found UPNP much more reliable and better quality than Airplay.
I use minimserver/minimstreamer (which is free or low cost) as I already had a PC on my network, - it does require a bit of setup to get the radio stations added but it works really well for me. I use mconnect for all my music both local and radio.
Upnp is definately worth it but it can be awkward at first figuring out which device is doing what!
