phantom reactor setup problem

afther 7 white blinking the led is off, no colour

For reseting dialog was used method plug and unplug power more then 5 time
Try connect reactor to internet by wire and plug power 5s wait unplug power 5s wait, 5 - 7 times repeat and you se if led bliking purple red

sorry. SAME!!!led blinking white color 7 time, after that stop blinking and that it s.
no reaction when try to reset, no reaction when try what you says.
does anyone needs service procedure ever? I want to send at devialet service but there is no official service in my country. anyway i dont have warranty for it.
