I am going through the same doubts, and believe I will end up with 120 and Focal 1028 BE.
200 looks better on the paper, but personally cannot justify the price difference. More so as the difference would most likely be inaudible.
I only plan on using it with TV via digital input, and FLAC music via USB. I don't see any analog input except a phono which 120 has. The only thing missing could be a lack of output for headphones, but that's not a deal breaker.
