It's not plastic, it's aluminium. The only way to find parts is to buy another faulty Phantom and use those parts. Devialet doesn't provide parts, nor does anybody else. If you try with vacuum, be careful not to rip the dust cap off, it's glued in place. I would not try to fix the dent just below the dust cap, you might damage the voice coil. If the voice coil gets uneven the woofer is ready for recycling. As I wrote earlier, I would leave it like it is.
