Devialet Expert Controller and Web App

I've been working on a native iOS app using the reversed-engineered protocol. Here's a first cut. To install, you'll need a Mac, xcode (Apple's free developer software, available from the Mac App Store), and possibly homebrew. Just follow the instructions and, for any Xcode or signing problems, consult your friendly neighborhood chatbot. 

I will eventually make this available via Test Flight and later the App Store for free. So if you can't figure out Xcode, don't dispair.
