Anybody? Could/should I use both Atlantis cables, that is spades connected to the Silver Minimus and RCA of cable 1 to Master and RCA of cable 2 to slave? Or is just one cable to the master enough in which case I have an ‘extra’ cable?

Oh a pair of mono. Use both Atlantis cables, RCA connected to digital input of master and slave, and all spades go to Silver Minimus.
For best result I would suggest you buy another Silver Minimus, and each connect to the negative speaker binding post of master and slave.
