Got the email and downloaded the latest firmware when i got home. No issues so far. 192Khz via UPnP is working fine now. Will keep an eye on temperatures but otherwise all is fine. Nice work Devialet.

I have the WiFi disabled on my 440 Pro. Everything is hard wired with streaming from Roon via Ethernet.
However with the latest beta 14 installed while scrolling through the software and settings pages (long press on remote right button) I notice that the Ethernet is not showing an IP address, it shows all zero’s for all settings.
Everything is working fine, but it seems a bit odd that there is seemingly no Ethernet connection information in the display.

I have the same system - hard- wired 440 (apart from Roon, I use Audirvana) My Ethernet reads all zeros - I suspect it may be something that will be addressed when the new configurator appears.

I don't normally get too excited about SQ differences between FW versions but this is sounding really rather good. Even more transparent than usual and bass definition and speed is notably improved.
This is good !

Finally had a chance to upload the new firmware. Wow - I totally agree speed, space, staging and texture all improved. 192 and dsd 64 working on Air through Roon - if I could only get the phono input to work on my companion. . . Overall moving in the right direction.
Cheers

Upgraded last night, and things have been working flawlessly so far.
Soundwise, this is indeed pretty remarkable and very clear cut.
The sound just flows beautifully, everything sounds incredibly clear without being harsh, the bass is strong and accurate,... I just love it!
This is through Roon btw.
I don't think I remember ever hearing a system sounding better, whatever the price.
Cheers,
Bernard

Upgrade to beta14 went smooth and now able to playback DSD64 and 192/24 via Roon. The only glitch was when I first cranked up Roon after the upgrade... I immediately got Transport: Device in use. Power cycle of the master in my 440 cleared that up. Sounds great although I haven't listened enough (yet) to tell if SQ has changed/improved.

Hi there!
I’m a new user to this forum. (Devialet 120)
I think the sound quality improved with this update, anyone agree?
I haven’t read so much in this thread so some of you maybe already have written the same
