Has anyone else has issues with the online configurator for the Expert / Expert Pro series lately?
I tried making a couple changes today and every time I plug the SD card back into my D250 the screen just says "Bad Config file" and reverts to factory settings. I stupidly forgot to save my old configurator file so I can not even revert back to that.

Used it this morning without any problems, this was to create a new config file rather than edit though.

Could it be that you ejected the card while it was doing some operations (not using the safe exit option?). I would delete the config file and save it to the SD card one more time as the first step.

I have seen exactly this behaviour in the last year.
On inspection the .txt file on the card was only something like 2600 bytes long, whereas more like 32000 bytes was expected, based on a known-good example.
The error message from the Expert is therefore 100% correct and somehow the file was truncated. I repeated the process carefully, checking the length, and all was well.
