German Physiks look great, but hard to find places that demo.

Duevel have a few different options, including some weird deflectors, none as good as German Physiks or MBL.

Larsen 8 is quite affordable but build quality is poor.

With the MBL speakers, they are very high resolution speakers, you need really good recording to enjoy MBL, when I say really good, i really mean its extremely important, otherwise you might not enjoy it, or even hate it.

Once you has the right room, right collection to play, the MBL presents unforgettable performance.

For anybody interested in the construction of MBL, and providing you live in the U.K.
Quest is a Freeview channel for which there is an on demand app. In one of the recent editions of a programme called “ How It’s Made”, they visit the MBL factory and demonstrate how a top end set of MBLs are made. Fascinating stuff.

I see that the "How It's Made" team are doing a new series of programs about how various manufacturer software teams develop and debug commercially available software.

The Devialet episode will be a bit of an epic, rather than the normal half hour slot, it is six and a half years long.
