There are some threads discussing Rock and HDMI at the Roon forum. They all conclude that Rock and HDMI goes well together, but I have not seen any that talk directly about D-Premier and Rock. It should work I think. A post on the Roon forum is a good idea. There is a Rock sub-section.

Problem solved!!!
I bought a second hand nuc5i5ryk and made a connection via hdmi and get 24 bit 192khz.
I will never ever deal with wifi connection.

Next step to buy sbooster linear psu for nuc and that' s it
