The special offer is the upgrade option. Coupon is only when you did the purchase in 2016. It's been asked before. This doesn't match up with report of other owner who got offered a "fidelity" reward in the form of discount, at least this is what I got from past posts.

My D400 was picked up last Wednesday and delivered back to me today as D440 Pro.
That's seven working days turnaround (assuming that they don't work weekends).
They caught me on the hop a bit, as I'm re-jigging my rack so that no wires are visible and didn't expect the amps. to be back so soon. So I won't be able to listen to them until I get my act together!
