I have iPhone 11 and iPad Pro both on iOS 14.2 and the latest remote app 1.8.5 but not able to connect to the D400. My D400 Wi-Fi is disabled but have Ethernet cable connected to a switch. Any tips to get the remote app working? Many thanks

Have you authorised the App Remote Control in your configuration file ?

Just checked and yes I have the remote app authorised in the configuration file.
