True. The only setting is "Resync Delay". According to the text popup this only works on sample rate change, but maybe...    I've used this with my Mutec as it tends to cut a little on a track start while figuring out the sample rate.

Like @ogs says, set the Resync Delay.  I’ve got mine set to 500ms and it’s cured the problem of the beginnings of tracks being lopped off.
Resync Delay set to 500ms doesn’t solve this problem. I think we have to wait for an update.  Sad

I had the same issue.  Not sure why, but after 2 days of dealing with it, it magically went away.  I do have my resync delay set at 500ms.

If it goes away on its own (like mine did) I think it may be due to Roon completing its background audio analysis
I'm still not able to use RAAT as Roon does not show my Devialet as a RAAT output device under (Roon..Settings..Audio).
I've restarted amps, Mac running Roon core, fibre CPE and wifi router.
The Devialet currently connects to the iMac via wifi and I have been using Roon Air over wifi ever since DOS was released and it has been working flawlessly since.

Any words of wisdom gents?
Will it help to delete and re-install Roon itself?

Just some additional info........

Even though I'm running Roon Air over wifi, the Devialet has a DHCP based IP address that I can pick up both in Roon and my router config screen and it all works and streams music, this is what the amp display says:
It does not quite make sense to me. Why does the amp not show the IP address. I run DHCP, not static IP but never had an issue.

This is the software version on both master/companion:

hmmmmmm....

Why does it still show DOS 2.1.0 and not DOS 2.2.4??
Can that be the issue? Why did DOS not update with the firmware update?
EUREKA!!!!

Seems like I have solved my own problem. For anyone that experiences this issue, here is the rundown:

- When updating the firmware, the amp said all was successful.
- I did not check the actual display to confirm (pretty bad as I'm an auditor and as we say "in God we trust, all the rest we audit")
- After the update I had no RAAT zone in Roon
- I loaded the DOS version by entering the IP address of my Devialet in my browser, choosing the upgrade DOS option and attaching the single dos_xxxxx file from the latest firmware zip file
- After the update the DOS version now displays as 2.2.4 and it also shows the wifi IP address
- The Roon RAAT output immediately appeared in Roon

Good time .....

Excellent detective work Drifter, this is going to help a lot of people.

It is nice that we’ve got the return of Tone, Balance and SAM feedback under Signal Path. It makes it easy to make adjustments without having to peer at the Devialet screen. I don’t use these settings, they’re just an example.

Hi mate, how do you get those Devialet settings displayed in the signal path?? Such as SAM percentage, Bass... mine doesn’t show these details.

Are you using RAAT or Roon AIR? They display for me with RAAT but they don't with AIR.

I think the difference has to do with what RAAT and AIR are designed to do. AIR was designed to just stream the music signal and allow volume control. RAAT provides for a greater range of 2 way communication between Roon and the end point and allows the end point, the Devialet in this case, to provide a greater range of information to Roon.
