I tried that quite a lot of time but without success.
I informed Devialet last week and apparently this should be fixed in the next update that will supposedly available sometime this week.

Sorry for the dumb question but I am having trouble with playing any song through spark from my phone. It seems to play for a bit then stop, very frustrating.  Can someone tell me how to reset the whole dialog and phantom setup please, maybe this will help.
1. Press the Dialog's transparent button three times
2. Press the button located at the back of the Phantom three times (on each one)

Once this is done, wait around 30s and the Phantoms will be back in "setup" mode (with that strange sound), open Spark and follow the setup procedure.
Just got my Devialet Phantom Silver + the Dialog for free last weeks. I'm very happy with the sound overall and I like that the sound and detail are clear at low volume, which my last setup couldn't handle. I can also hear more detail in music and special in blu-ray movies  Smile

This is my last setup with B&W XT4, Thule PA350B/PR350BV, which cost about €10.000:

And my Phantom Setup in my new department. Can wait to get my second Phantom Silver og Branch stands. It looks so empty now.

Thanks!
Beware that Spark sometimes gets ahead of itself, it seems to timeout the search and asks "how many Phantom do you really have?", but if you wait a little longer it will find your Phantom and carry on with its setup.
Mine just came in. One yesterday via Colette, the other today (wit Dialog).
Installed and running within half an hour. This is what I think.

Build quality is good. Design is out of this world. Looks more like a 3d hologram beamer or ultra modern air-purifier/humidifier than a loudspeaker to me

Installing is easy. Just follow the instructions in Spark, perform some magic touches to the Phantoms and swipe their respective icons in the right corner of your i-device to place them left or right.

Sound is impressive. Clean, detailed and rich. Very adjustible in volume. From 0-100. 0-10 is for dreaming, 20-40 normal listening volumes. Around 50 for work out or party. 60-70 is perfect when listening to dynamic classical music or when you want to feel the bass kick you in your stomach. Above 70 is for the insane. These things play L O U D (standard Phantoms, not even the Silver).
Good thing is the 'night modus' which filters out most of the bass tones. Very suitable when listening music later in the evening or when you're worried about the neighbours.

Spark works perfectly fine with Qobuz. Some music from my iPhone plays well (even though it is only 256kb).
I've had many hifi sets over the years which served me well but where a little too large to my liking and I hated those cables all over the place. Solutions like B&W Zeppelin, Sonos, Libratone are better in this perspective, but sound only reasonable. But these Phantoms offer me everything I want. Can't compare their quality to anything I've owned before. Easy to place, good looking. My wife likes them. They are cute she says.

What leaves to be desired is some preset equalization (like rock, classic, acoustic or live) as well as personal adjustments. Standard is just perfect, but sometimes I can really appreciate these settings.

They are now waiting for their 'branch' stands. My hifi set is placed on eBay

I can confirm this, I only went over 75 once (usually 70 is my limit), when I listened to Bohemiam Rhapsody at 100 (Silver Phantoms) last week.
Never again.
Does it play 24/192 files?
