It looks like you can play DSD64 files after all. Good stuff.
Good news.

I've a question regarding the AMM app. I've updated my database, but now there are 18 failed files (above the start button it says 18). Does anyone know how I can find out which 18 files have failed, and what the failure is?

I'd say just run AMM again and see if you get the same error. Shouldn't take very long running it the second time.
Just got my N100 couple days ago and got it up and running with my NAS with no troubles. Letting it break in but so far so good with regards to sound quality. The user interface is way better than my Mac Mini. Absolutely love using the app on my Ipad and not having to deal with my laptop which is controlling my Mac Mini headless. Oh, and finally getting rid of Audirvana and/or Amarra!!!!!!.....so much easier just to turn on the Ipad and away I go with listening to music in seconds with no issues.
Highly recommend it!

Hello all Aurender users
Tidal integration is finally writing smoothly with no dropouts nor login problem. But I'm disappointed with Tidal streaming sound quality on Aurender, it is by far inferior to the awesome sound quality I get from Aurender when playing locally stored tracks
Let me know about your experience

I found the same thing when I demoed a W20. Tidal was nice and convenient but files played from the unit sounded much better. But honestly I wasn't surprised or bothered by it. I would have been surprised and worried if Tidal did sound as good..Aurender is going to a lot of trouble from a design and engineering stand point to make the files played back sound amazing. How is a stream going to compete.. It really can't. And that's why I really hope Aurender adds more music services.. internet radio, Pandora, Spotify, etc.. I look at all of these music services as non critical listening sources..What I want them for is Content!

I bought a N100H.. The question would be: Would I buy one if I could afford it.. probably. It sounded very very good.

Could the owners/users of the N100H kindly help clarify the following:
1. When the music library is first loaded into the N100H internal HDD storage (or when new music is added), one has to connect the N100H plus a Mac to the same network and run AMM to enable the metadata and album art to be available on the Conductor app, right?
2. Once the scan has been done, assuming all music is stored in the internal drive, can the N100H be used as a standalone unit like the X100 series? Or, does a Mac running AMM have to be connected to the same network as the N100H in order to access the metadata and album art?
3. If it can be used as a standalone unit, shouldn't the N100H sound better (and be a better option) than the X100, if one has less than 2TB of music, in view of the LPS used in the N100H? Or does the X100 have other tricks up its proverbial sleeve?
Thanks.
