Invitation to send your PRO to Paris
Just got my 220 back (SD card included). Nicely shined up and sounds great. 15 days to the day. Seems to sound even better, but to be honest it has been too long to render any real judgment. Looking forward to exploring the new functions.

Got my 250 Pro back and wifi is definitely not working. Ethernet and uPnP work fine and seem even more resolving. May have to turn the sub down a bit.
Was using Lightning DS, but wanted to use uPnP. I had an Android tablet from Tesco that is junk, so just been to John Lewis and bought a beautiful Amazon Fire HD 10" 64gb tablet for £180, makes my old iPad 16gb look a bit geriatric, and I can play music, take my Qobuz favourites offline, spend on Amazon and read lots of books all at the same time. bubbleupnp is very nice indeed, and Qobuz embedded in bubble allows you to download album booklets into the reader. It also has Qobuz app so can run Chord Mojo straight off it.

You seem more excited about the Fire HD than your upgraded 250Pro  Big Grin

Yes, because it allows me to use the unit without a usb streamer, that's before having Qobuz onboard, and it definitely sounds better.
I was after a new Kindle anyway and was amazed what they do now. 5G. Bloody hell.

Didn't really how brilliant bubble is.

I have got my 250pro back yesterday. But i don't want it aymore. The front and sides are full of scratches. I'm totally horrified and don't want to hear it and seeit in my livingroom.

@4tLotM - To be frank, this is absolutely shocking. Firstly, it should be relatively simple to have basic procedures in place to stop this occurring in the first place. Secondly, there should be basic quality checks prior to sending the units back. To send back like this is outrageous. I am assuming here that they were not damaged during transport? Either way you have my sympathy, I would be furious if they did this to mine.

This happened to me on the first round of this upgrade, except it was the centre of the top of one of my units. Eventually, with the dealers help, it went back to Paris for them to replace the casing. It then arrived back to me without the rear input panel cover! and presumably because it had been rattling around in the box the plastic wi-fi window cover was inside the unit...

Anyway, they resolved this by sending me an entirely new unit to replace the damaged one.

When I get round to sending me 'as new' units to them this time round I will be taking multiple pictures to confirm condition, and have informed Devialet of such in the application form...

From my experience I suspect that you may not get your actual casing back, it could be another one.

Even if it is damaged in transit, it is Devialet's responsibility to resolve the issue as they requested the units to be sent back to them and organised the courier.

I got my 220 back on Wednesday and let it sit for a day then set up yesterday.  Unfortunately the the Wi-Fi does not work.  I guess they had said about a month ago that this would be the case, but I but forgot.  Dodgy  It would have been good if they mentioned next to the rocket ship when telling me it was on the way back.  Talked to France they didn't know what the issue was, but got a call after 6pm last night from New York from Devialet saying that it is a software issue and thought owners had been told.  Long and the short of it is they say another week for the software update.  Not to be cynical but I don't know anyone who delivers software on time.   Disappointed that they would send out knowing the the issues.  Guess it is better to get it there and back before the Christmas rush.

I can still us my CD player and like AaronG I think is sounds better.  They did install the 11.5.18 software so looking forward to getting the whole system completed.
