To enable it, navigate to the Media Quality settings in the Spotify app and select the Losslessoption. Note that Bluetooth connections may not support full lossless playback due to bandwidth limitations; wired connections are recommended for optimal quality.

I have my doubts that is accurate. Unfortunately I walked away from my chat window and am now not getting an answer to my follow-up question.
