If you get a reply could you please post, cheers.

out of curiosity, where are you located?  If they have emailed users in South London and Vancouver, BC, the strategy isn't biased to geography.

Wirral, UK.

Given what others have posted I'll try again a little later.

If in the case of the D1000 and D440 both units get the core infinity board, does that that mean they can be used as stand alone units? Eg 2 x D250 and 2 x D220? Does the companion option cease to exist?

1. log in to DeVialet web site
2. goto "My Products" page
3. click on "Core Infinity" box
4. Follow steps to register product for upgrade.

I'm in the US and don't see those links on the My Products page (I own two 220 Pros).   Guess I'll have to wait longer and I'm fine with that.

Any idea where in the US you'll be shipping them to?

Sending them within the US?  Is this conjecture or a known?  Would be great to avoid a transatlantic trip.

Haven't been on the Forum for a few days; this is the first thread I looked at. Then checked my home email and I too have the invite. Tonight I will go through the process others have mentioned. Like Wdw, I'm in Vancouver Canada. 220 Pro.

the plot thickens...for all Canadian D owners the units go to Plurison, the domestic distributor located in Quebec...I just had a call from Devialet New York asking about arranging a FEDEX pickup (set for three to six tomorrow) and the shipping time reported to be two days to Quebec and ten business days for the repair. WOW, just replied to my sweetie pie, Judith, just two hours ago and now the Fedex truck is arriving tomorrow. Guess I'm committed.
Asked if they wanted the remote and he said not needed but can send so it could be checked...so, apparently, no changes for the remote.
