My procedure for sweet room. 
- Borrowed measurement equipment from friend. It suggests  both -dB and Q . 
- Meassured three points in room for each channel.
- Wrote result int text file, very easy.
- New measurement.
- Fine tuned adjustment
-Final meassurement

Sorry for late reply. I have used XTZ Room Analyzer II/II Pro. Very nice equipment looking professional. Only works with windows not Maxc. Price in Sweden 2000 SEK that is about 200 €.

First it looked as if the problems with Roon on a gigabit wired connection were solved by installing the latest firmware, until they are back again. Mostly with music played in Roon from Qobus, almost never with music in Roon played from Tidal. Roon over WiFi works fine 99,9% of the time.
My internet connection is 1000 up and 1000 down.
Any other people have the same experience?

REW, free for our use, recommends miniDSP UMIK-1.

What is not clear?

This problem still exists for me as well.   While I no longer see the 'audio files loading slowly...' error, I do get occasional dropouts when playing hi-res (24bit) music via my gigabit ethernet.   My internet connection is also 1k up & down (AT&T fiber).    My solution is to simply insert a 10/100 mbps switch in front of my Expert Pro.  Using wifi should also work fine.    Devialet is aware that this problem still exists.
