Everyone has of course the right to disagree with one another. I'm just saying it's not all issues/troubles for everyone.
Devialet initially released their D-Premier without streaming functionality so for me it was a "freebie" anyway but sure I really feel for those that do suffer from these issues and those that (feel that they) are not getting what they were promised. In the past I also wrote that Devialet should make their AIR solution as "fool proof" as possible for the broadest audience. And I'm not saying that those who suffer from issues with AIR are fools.
And yes Devialet ways of communicating need serious improvement as well especially in user support.
