It says within 15days it will be ready. It will be back before 15 days, mine was a week exactly. I think they say 15 to cover themselves.
ok thanks, it does seem some are getting their units back very quickly so hopefully middle of next week would be ideal.
Update : Judith email today and UPS tracking for shipment issued 02.02 so exactly a week from collection to the system being shipped back :-)

My devi 220 is now more than 15 working days in france, no plan how long it will go. I opened a Ticket, but no Info yet....

Nothing heard since except for an email from Devialet on 22.01, 4 days after it had been signed for, assuring me that the custom issue (which was dated 17.01), would be taken care of 
Why don't you send an email to Judith or give them a call?
Emailed them on 23 Jan - no response 
Emailed again yesterday, and received the reply today, " Your Expert Pro system has well arrived in our workshops. Our engineers will setup the Core Infinity board within 15 days."
Coincidentally, today is the 15th day from 18 Jan when my OdA was signed and received in Fleurs

Today is the 22nd day, and I have not heard from Judith since last Friday. Email asking for update went unanswered

Monday 05.02 Left the workshop
Wednesday 07.02 Sever weather prevents departure at CDG and delivery that day
Thursday 08.02 UPS delivery attempt 1
Friday 09.02 After some faff, finally delivered by UPS

Between 18.01 to 15.02 there was no communication at all with regards to the status of my OdA, except for a generic reply sent on the 15th day that the CI board will be setup within 15 days.
It is disturbing to note that Devialet engineers do not talk to the upgrade team, and I can only conclude that as a result Judith had nothing to update during this period.
Hopefully the CI board works as it intended to be and I do not have to deal with Devialet on this for the time being. I will just enjoy the music.
