Just a very quick thought that may explain this mismatch.
When performing a measurement from REW using the sweep wav file, with timing reference, you must specify the same frequency range and length of sweep with the measurement page options as that used to generate the sweep wav file. And, of course, you should also be enabling the timing reference options.
