And even with all of my complaining about the streamer board, as I sit here during one of my Sunday afternoon listening sessions, I realize again how much I really enjoy this amplifier! Smile

Listening to Coleman Hawkins Bossa Nova via 24/96 by Air ethernet on a 250 Pro and couldn't be happier. It's freezing cold outside, but when you're in Rio you don't feel the cold. Especially with a GnT in hand (Sly Gin Pink Grapefruit).

Me too, although a little nearer in South London - I have logged into my account but can not for the life of me see where I am supposed to 'achieve my upgrade request' - any suggestions?

same here...no link to "achieve my upgrade request"...sent a support ticket in.  How so completely Devialet...gotta love 'em!

Same here- Not sure if it's just a matter of having an active account or actually making some type of upgrade arrangements.  Waiting to hear back from Judith about how to do this.
220 Pro CI,  B&W 805 D3,  SVS ultra sub with upgraded amp.  Streaming with Sirius XM, Apple Music, Apple Classical.

Ever impatient - on my account page Registered Products there is now a Brown box marked 'Core Infinity Upgrade' - click boxes to proceed - with options to select cardboard or protection crate.

out of curiosity, where are you located?  If they have emailed users in South London and Vancouver, BC, the strategy isn't biased to geography.

1. log in to DeVialet web site
2. goto "My Products" page
3. click on "Core Infinity" box
4. Follow steps to register product for upgrade.
