Done!

EDIT:  And received a message undeliverable response due to address not found customerservice@devialet.com

So tried again using customercare@devialet.com.  Maybe Devialet no longer offer customer service, but they do offer customer care. Angel

As @Confused suggested following my post in another thread:

Dear Devialet,

Please would you provide a full User Manual for the Expert Pro, describing:

* all of the inputs and outputs, with technical specifications (e.g. impedance and signal levels where applicable)
* all of the software (signal processing) capabilities, with a full explanation of their purpose, effects and typical use
* use of the Configurator, explaining what each option does (in more detail than the current help text)

This should include a block diagram to show how the signal processing is applied and how it relates to the hardware inputs and outputs (including analog and digital pre-amp output).  It should also document any limitations of the software, for example combinations of signal processing that are not supported, don't work as intended or are unlikely to be useful.

This would very helpful for users of the Expert Pro, and may also bring some benefits to your software development process.

Thanks in anticipation...

Did you get a response from Devialet? It seems their support doesn’t reply email sometimes.

With an exact manual, that wouldn't be a problem! Wink
