Why do you use an external streamer with an Expert Pro with CI?

I´ve a Zen mini as a server and Tidal to stream and just sometimes i use some ripped cds, i´m a roon fanatic because of all the discoveries it provides, but i´ll try that "justTidalandiPad" solution. I like it simpler as possible. We´ll see.

I just can listen Tidal via Airplay, not by UPnP. Am i missing something?

How do I listen via the UPnP?
I´m doing something wrong or i need to do something else.

I assume you use iOS - mconnect is the app that you need, because unfortunately BubbleUPnP doesn't support iOS. I prefer BubbleUPnP - but I use Android.

The interface is far from Tidal app - if you want something similar you will have to use Roon.

I have Roon already, the idea is to try UPnP without the server.
Is it possible, doing the job just with Roon and UPnP as a source?
