Time for some small updates!

There's been some unforeseen delay's in the customization process but today I received the good news that my Paul Hynes PSU is scheduled to be collected by UPS next monday. Since Paul lives on an island of the coast of Scottland shipping works a bit different and slower than from the mainland but I've received tracking information to track it. Can't wait to finally receive it and hook it up!

Since my 2 month evaluation of Roon ended and I of course became hooked to it, I've immediately signed up for a lifetime membership with a 10% discount coupon I obtained from the 'Super Best Audio Friends' forum. So I'm also an official Roon user now!

It's very much overkill but I ran into a very good deal on a used Core i7 3770 CPU so it replaced the Core i5 3570K in my regular computer. The Core i5 in turn has now replaced the "slowish" i3 2105 in my NAS PC (Windows 10 Pro) running Roon Server. So it too is running a quad core 3.4-3.8GHz CPU now.

Congrats!. how is the music streamed to Devs? USB, AIR2/3, ?

Jnan - There is a subtle clue in Antoine's signature, and indeed in all of the recent posts in this thread.....

Confused's post drew my eye to the Paul hynes now in the signature. Does that mean it's arrived Antoine?

Hi Jnan, thanks! Confused was right, all is 'documented' in this topic, which also serves as my 'logbook' of changes.

I no longer use the WiFi/ethernet/USB inputs of the Devialet as I found the AES/EBU input to be superior. The current chain is: Sonore microRendu -> Curious USB cable -> Mutec MC-3+ USB -> DH Labs D-110 AES/EBU -> Devialet 250

The microRendu is fed music data from my DIY NAS PC (in a different room) running Roon Server over ethernet. I use fiber optic ethernet converters in front of the microRendu. Remote control is using an iPad Pro 12.9" running Roon (Control).

No not yet, I did put it in my signature some time back but unfortunately it's not here yet.

Latest update I got is that it was 'collected' by a forwarding agent yesterday (Tuesday). But it could take a few days before it arrives at a UPS hub at the mainland. From there it should go quick and I should be able to trace it from there. I think I'll receive it next week.

OMG...they think the PSU is a bomb or something! "UPS delayed the parcel during the aviation security screening."

It was going to be delivered Monday, but now I'm not sure. I hope they'll clear it soon so it can still be delivered Monday.

It's still "stuck" BTW in this this status. I don't think I'll receive it Monday as originally planned. Oh well, it'll probably be Tuesday then.
