There is a phrase in English, 'cutting off your nose to spite your face'. I am not sure how this translates into Dutch, but the good news is that is appears that you have not made this mistake. I reckon that once you have your Pro set up and running, you will not regret this move for one moment. Well, not until Devialet do something really annoying in the future that is.

I looked up the phrase you mentioned and I now know exactly what you mean but it's indeed not a mistake I'd like to make as it wouldn't make a difference whether I would upgrade or not. I've been on the fence for quite some time but after some final deliberation decided to go for it, I'm a sucker for SQ upgrades and the discount coupon I received 'eased the pain' of upgrading/'investing' again so shortly after the previous upgrade which only took place in May 2014.
Looking forward to any possible SQ improvements many, like you, have reported! The streamer board not so much but who knows what they'll make of that. Anything good that comes from that will be a pure bonus for me but I don't in any way 'depend' on the results.

Go have a listen to a D400 first ;-))
Any news of when you'll get your upgrade back, Antoine? Must be due very soon, surely?
