Don't know how I can help you further. Have you tried the old apps like Devialet AIR 3.0.4 or the iPhone/iPad app ?
As soon as the Devialet is physically connected to the router, it should get a TCP/IP address through DHCP and be visible...
You might need to try to make a new config file... in case you have not already...

Do you have the new firmware?
Thanks for your help. I have the new firmware and after reinstallng the app is responding no wifi though....
I know that there’s a thread dedicated to configuration problems, but as I think that my problem is caused by the CI board, I’ll post it here.

Before I sent my Dev away for the CI upgrade, I took out the SD cards. On its return, when
I put the cards back in, the amp defaulted to input “Digital 3” ad the pre-outs weren’t working.
I decided to do a configuration from scratch, choosing my CD/BluRay as the default input at startup, so that other members of the family just have to turn on and away you go.
When I put the newly configured cards in and turned on, the default at startup was again “Digital 3” despite there being no input with this name. The Pre-outs weren’t working either.

Anybody got any ideas as to why this should be?  All input gratefully received!

@Admin. Please feel free to move this post if you deem necessary.

Edit: I’ll try newly formatted cards. Which format does the Devialet require?

My SD cards are formatted MS-DOS (FAT16).

I noticed that the parameters in the config files which are related to the network (DHCP on/off, fixed IP address, WiFi network name and password) are not correctly interpreted by the new software. But I did not notice any other problem as far as config files are concerned.

Have you checked if the name you have given to the configuration is displayed by the Devialet when it boots ?

I have a problem with high resolution files with Roon
My companion stops ,but not with 44/16
I have to start up by a cold reboot of master and companion
I have a 1000 pro with core infinity, nuc with Roon rock s booster
Strange ,I hope fore an update of Roon in the near future

There will be an update of Roon soon.
You can also type in IP address of your Devialet into the web browser and report your problem.

Strange that 192 Plays fine but with 167.4 de companion shut down ,also with DSD
This is the same with UPnP ,so i think it is a problem with Devialet and not with Roon
I have no idee what to do .I Will wait fore software updates

The Master boots with the correct name given to the configuration, but the Companion boots with Config S1, which has always been the case.

Found the same issue, 176.4 and DSD make the Companion boot and stop playing. Roon sample rate conversion is working as a work-around.
I don't have mine back but part of the configs did not work before when I put the SD card in but when I switched off the amp and on again all functions work!
