Many thanks, I'll give that a go

No joy, still same issue, strangely the new IP addresses I set up didn't show up in Roon, just the original ones, did I do something wrong? Also tidal disappeared as did my Roon account, couldn't connect to either

What device are you using for a router? In the router you can specify assignment of static IP addresses to devices such as your Mac Mini and your Devialet. Based on that setup you then configure the Mac Mini and Devialet accordingly.

Let us know what router you are using and we might be able to help.

Many thanks for the kind offer, my Mac mini running Roon core and 2 Pros are connected to a Netgear GS308 8 port gigabit switch which I believe is unmanaged, this is in turn is connected to a Cisco router which in turn is connected to my broadband router, I run all my music on a separate network from the rest of the house. I have a submitted a request to Devialet but no answer/support in over 48 hours.
@Dannythered So are you using the broadband router just for your music network, just for your house network, or both?

Also by your description, you have two D220 Pros, each of which is a master that runs standalone and is attached to a different set of speakers, is that correct?

The broadband router is for everyone's use house network, the Cisco router is just for my music network which is connected to the switch to which the Mac and two D220 Pros are connected, each D220 Pro is a master or at least they were... Anyway to tell if Devialet have messed this up? They are each attached to different speakers

I can get each working properly but not at the same time eg start music on Dev 1, try to start music on  Dev 2 then has transport in use message, start music on Dev 2, Try to start music on Dev 1 then has transport in use message

Forgive me as I dont recall - using Roon were you able to get them to work properly before the Core Infinity Upgrade?

Do you want to hear the same music or different music for each Devialet?

I had being using them as a D440 until I finished renovating another room so have never actually used them as two separate units, so perhaps the issue already existed, as they're in 2 different rooms I want the ability to listen to different music in each room
Ok, so you have a remote control from Devialet for each correct (since you purchased each as a master I assume the answer is yes )

And you did a different configuration via the configurator for each D220 correct? And each configuration specifies a different IP address?

When using Roon do you have each Devialet in a separate zone? Roon is able to play different music streams to different zones.

Also wondering if you have posted the issue on the Roon forum?

Yes to all questions, D220s not grouped in Roon so different zones, also escalated to Devialet, Mike on Roon forum seems to think it's a firmware issue, just registered for beta program , my user name is the same on Roon forums
OK, sounds like you have done everything to troubleshoot and resolve. Good that you have Mike engaged, you are in good hands.
