I think it‘s a good way if more users here also ask / write directly to Devialet. Just type in the IP address of your Devialet and use the „send report“ form!

markush - interesting... I wonder where those reports go vs submitting a ticket to Devialet support? Or does it just throw it in as a ticket?
From what I heard from their support , Devialet is working on a expert pro software related project but couldn’t get more info.
They are working at it for years
But I think finally we will see the promised new universal app for the remote as well as other settings of the Expert. Also a "unified Spark" app etc.
I really try my best to raise awareness at the management there to reallocate resources.
