I think it‘s a good way if more users here also ask / write directly to Devialet. Just type in the IP address of your Devialet and use the „send report“ form!

@markush - interesting... I wonder where those reports go vs submitting a ticket to Devialet support? Or does it just throw it in as a ticket?

From what I heard from their support , Devialet is working on a expert pro software related project but couldn’t get more info.

They are working at it for years
But I think finally we will see the promised new universal app for the remote as well as other settings of the Expert. Also a "unified Spark" app etc.
I really try my best to raise awareness at the management there to reallocate resources.

Hello, something is happening with Devialet, with the Phantom products.  Some products are no longer available!  Unfortunately no announcements for the expert series yet!

Looks like none of the Phantom Premiers!

Either supply chain issues with China or a new generation is about to be announced... that's my guess!
