Is anyone actually seeing news that their upgrades are in fact shipping? I upgraded two Golds. Both old speakers were received in France on April 16, and one shipped out quickly. The second seems stuck in Devialet limbo. I’ve called and emailed support multiple times. They just tell me to wait, with no indication of when it might actually ship. It’s exasperating.
My new black 108s (2x) were shipped yesterday, and I have the UPS tracking numbers. There was a 7 working day delay between receiving my returned 95s and the ship date.
I sent mine yesterday so not expecting anything yet. They got them today, still same status on their site as before. Hopefully some update before end of next week.

argh, I already hate my tv speakers >_<
Seems they have run out of new product boxes….  My Phantom 1 108 white replacement did arrive yesterday in the older style gold box with this sticker stuck to the side and ugly tape on the old Gold product name…. For reference my other 4 elevates came in new boxes last month.

Update: Perhaps chatting to Stephanie got her to send them right away? Two upgraded Golds arrived today and I've unpacked one and am listening to it at work right now. As I usually listen to BOTH (old) Golds, it's hard to form a view about the sound quality difference, but I do like the new remote! There's a third that is almost here (according to UPS), while the fourth (and last) I have no information about. But, very happy to have the first pair.

I received my golds yesterday. Still letting them break in, but he titanium tweeter is noticeable v. the 98s I have. Remote is a nice touch as well. Very pleased so far.

Oh, and I got the new boxes! Wink
Old boxes must be special vip treatment for customers who trade in more then 4 speakers  Wink
I ordered an upgrade (2 x Phantom Elevate --> the new Golds) on April 30, and two weeks later have still not yet received shipping notification for the return boxes. Perhaps they really are out of boxes? Has anyone else experienced a similar delay these past few weeks?
It took 16 days for mine to arrive maybe yours will arrive on Monday???
If you can check ups advanced tracking for your address, I never got a shipped notice from Devialet on the return boxes but was able to see them in transit at ups.com

That sounds off. I ordered on May 1 and I got the boxes on May 7. Maybe depends on location? I'm located in Sweden. I send the speakers in on May 11 and they arrived on the May 12. Didn't get confirmation that they were in the "workshops" till today (May 14). Given, May 13 were probably a day off all over Europe.

First I got an email confirming the order, then "next step mails" these were sent basically at the same time. Then also mails from UPS with return labels, those came five minutes later. The actual mails from Devialet regarding delivery of the boxes came on May 6.
