They sent email acknowledging the receipt of my two Silvers in Endicott, NY yesterday, Today I got an email from UPS saying I have a single 30lb shipment from Devilet AS out of Vestal, NY. Are they shipping new product from the US? Could they be sending one of my Silvers back to me? Both were flawless cosmetically and had never given me trouble. If they refuse acceptance of one and I get it back in the condition I sent it I don't want to upgrade the other, they are a stereo pair. Confused about what they are sending as my order status still says 'to prepare/processing'. I will contact Devialet come Monday, but till then I am left wondering and worried how this is going to turn out.

Hi all,

I'm packing my speakers up to go today but the return boxes didn't include the white cloth cover and I can't find the originals that came with the Phantoms.

Is it ok to put the phantoms in the return boxes without the cloth covering? Did you get the white cloth covers in your return boxes?

All my return boxes came with the plastic bit for the foot of the speaker and the white cloth inside…

Thanks TechGuy - I will contact Devialet Support and ask about the missing cloth - I don't want to give any reason for the items to arrive back at Devialet with any damage.

Just out of curiosity does anyone know what Devialet are planning to do with all the returned Phantoms - sell onwards, recycle, dismantle or just put in a skip (hopefully not!)

I believe they will be sold as refurbished as the speakers after the "Gold your Phantom" trade in were.

None of my boxes had any cloth and only one of them had the plastic foot (which happened to be the second I shipped out). No instructions, no info of any kind on how they should be packed up, so I sent them in what they supplied.

This was my experience as well.

So I checked and I guess I never got the Email. I contacted support and they sent me a new email almost immediately. Smile

So Devialet sent me a new Phantom I Dark Chrome 108db speaker from Vestal, NY. I spoke to customer service today and even though my order page on Devialet.com does not reflect this shipment, they had a record of it. I asked about the second speaker that I was expecting and was told it should ship "within the week". Hope this helps someone else if they get a UPS notice and are unsure why. I will have to wait a bit before I can enjoy stereo sound again but one down, one to go.
Hi All, anyone in the UK who has gone for the Elevate program give me any information on how long it took?

My packages to Devialet seem to have been stuck at the UPS warehouse in France for 4 days now. The mobile app shows them being scanned every day but just says 'Held in Warehouse' with 'Scheduled Delivery information unavailable' At one point there was a message saying 'We'll contact the sender or receiver about this delivery' but this was 4 days ago? I also saw an 'EXCEPTION' message appear for one day but this has now gone.

I have contacted Devialet and they just say to wait a bit longer - any UK users got any experience with this process?
