Yep....I ordered my upgrade on May 1 and haven't heard anything since.  I am on the USA east coast.

I'm not surprised! Very few UPS planes are flying out of Roissy, France to the East Coast of the US. And mostly they're carrying medical supplies. Electronics is their least priority. It took 34 days after collection from Devialet France for UPS to bring back my Dev Expert amp back to me on the East Coast of US after repairs.
I have the old silver version, 2015. Still very happy with them but.... I can not update them. I would like to swap these for the black series. Can i connect these to my tv to perform without delay (lipsync)?
Hi anybody in the UK upgraded yet?

UPS have just delivered the empty boxes and I've printed out the delivery labels which includes the 3 copies of the customs invoice and I have signed the label as required.

Do I take these along to the UPS drop of point with the boxes or put them in with the delivery label? Its not quite clear with the instructions - it does say these are required but not whether they need to be attached to the boxes?

I packed up the speakers and just took them to UPS. Note that the return documentation has reference numbers which tie the empty boxes and your returning speakers serial numbers.

An update: after I contacted Devialet, they finally sent a shipping notification. Turns out, it was for just one of the return kits, not the two that I need. So I emailed them again and assume it will take another week or two to get the other one sent.

Good news. I received my return box and packaging today. How soon should I expect an email from UPS with the return shipping label?

I got the UPS email minutes after I placed the upgrade order. Checked your spam box?

This was my experience as well.
