I have the same problem with older version - 3.0.1 public beta. When I play 44.1/16 and after that I want to play 192/24 or 176.4/24 (and vice versa) I have to disable and re-enable my D in AIR app in order to have sound. I use foobar2000.

Fortunately, UPnP works great...
