my HDD2 is empty , i deleted everything except lost and found folder that i cant touch,
but in Disk Information i see :
Space Used: 139GB
Space Free: 2610 GB
Space Total: 2750GB

Why Used space is 139GB ?

It shouldn't. The OS is hosted on the SDD, so technically your HDD 2 should be empty. Unless the lost and found folder has cashed files

You never know what the system caches in lost and found if there was a sudden power off or when the system recovers from an abrupt system shut down

So i understand there is nothing to do and ill have to let it go and live with 139GB wasted Smile
I have noticed this on a few devices I have. Ipod and Ipad I think. Ive always assumed it was maybe what the software on the device takes up.
I just got back from auditioning the Aurender X100L and I must say that I'm truly impressed!

The unit is extremely well built and sounds great. Also, the control point/app (iPad) is an absolute joy to use, even with Tidal. During the entire listening session (about 1 hour), everything worked flawlessly.

The Aurender X100L was connected to a Simaudio Moon 600i integrated amp via AudioQuest Diamond USB cable and was playing via Magico S3 speakers. All other cables were top-of-the-line AudioQuest cables with their 72v DBS mechanism (interconnects, Ethernet, speaker cables and power cables).
I guess the Magicos were singing....

When I heard the X100L I was impressed also.
Ciao everyone,

I hope I'm posting this in the correct thread, if not, I apologize.

I am having problems with TIDAL directly from the Aurender. The thing is that when I select a song to play, it seems as if the system tries for a few seconds before discarding the song from the "Queue" on the left-hand side of the app. Basically, it never manages to play anything from TIDAL. For info, I've tried this with two different iPads and no luck so far.

On the other hand, when I stream music to the Aurender using the TIDAL app via Airplay on my iPad, there is no issue. In my case, it is as if the Aurender app is not able to connect to TIDAL and then synchronize with the Aurender. Even though I am able to browse and search TIDAL from the Aurender app.

Am I doing something wrong or have I missed something when configuring TIDAL?

Thank you in advance!

Hi ML

First off, please note that Tidal integration in Aurender is still in its early phase and still not prefect as it is with playing locally stored music or streaming from NAS.

Having said that please try the following.

- Make sure that the Conductor App on iPad is up to date
- Make sure that Aurender firmware is up to date
- Ensure that you are actually logged in to Tidal from the setting section of the app as the app will keep logging you out and will require revalidation of the account especially if you are in a region where Tidal did not officially launch yet.

Please let me know if this helps

Enjoy
Amgad

I was so fed up with the white noise trouble that I bought myself a Aurender S1. Playing instantly without any problems, intuitif controlling via two ipads. Relistid my Tidal account and that also is a dream to work with via the ipad. And in combination with the incredible Devialet 200 the audio heaven is back!
