Oh no. Something entirely different.
If you long touch an album's icon the play window is displayed. Just above the "Add to a playlist" selection (bottom row) is a row with buttons for the name of the album and artist's name. Both buttons display the Wikipedia 'W' symbol. Selecting the album name will open (within the app) a Wikipedia window with information about the album in standard wiki format. This feature would be much more valuable if Wikipedia's database was much more complete. My success rate is about 45%. Wikipedia's artist database is very robust. My success rate is about 99%. If the Wikipedia window is blank, the item isn't in the database. I think Aurender though that this feature would quell our demand for Roon. Dodgy
Thanks for clarifying. I'll give it a try sometime this week.
I'd still like to see Aurender (or Devialet) jump on the Roon-train, though.
Nice N100H review at audiostream.com
My Tidal subscription ends tomorrow. Tidal is nice if you are into modern pop music. I have a 30-days trial subscription to Qobuz and they gave me HiRes. I hope it stays like that after the trial is over, but I understand that only HiRes albums that you bought will be streamed in HiRes. We'll see.
At least Qobuz is more helpful in finding new releases of all kinds of music, not just pop. I think I'll stay with Qobuz.
Hi Peter,
I'm on the 3rd day of my trial period of cd quality streaming usin my aurender X100 and very good it is too. Having a nostalgic afternoon playing 80's singles. I'm contemplating getting the year subscription as I am pretty impressed so far.
Cheers,
Bill
I am wondering about the sound quality difference between a N100 (restricted to USB out) and a N10 (and a comparison of the different outputs). Design (and price) wise I would prefer The N100H.
The N10 sounds much better. I only tried the USB connection and the audition was quick in a room I with which am familiar. I think it is worth the price differential.
The Aurender Conductor app has been updated.
Biggest change is probably that the app now supports multitasking.
Good update, I like it is always "ready" I didn't think it was possible on iOS wonder if it will reduce the battery life of the iPad ?

Regards Morten
I've also just downloaded and installed an update to the system software on my N10. Previous version I believe was 4.4.58, new version is 4.5.76.

No release notes for the latest update to the system software at aurender.com

Both updates installed smoothly enough and back to some Natalie Merchant - Ophelia, magical!
