Oo err, the range is getting a little confusing!
A Roon ready version would be nice, but then they wouldn't even need the nice new app we haven't seen yet?

I might try and stalk the Melco guys at the Bristol show next week, and see what I can glean.

Roon ready version would be fantastic. Please let us know if Melco guys have some news about it Smile
For anyone wanting to try Linn Kazoo as a control point on an ipad with a USB DAC, it is possible with BubbleUPnP Server and Mode 0 not Mode 1. The displayed metadata via Twonky will be odd for sample and bit rates but otherwise fully functional and with Tidal etc. as well.
I am actively looking at an N1A demo.  Think I should hold out for one of these new models?  Also, has anyone gotten the Lumin app to work with the Melco?  If so, how?

For me the Lumon app was very unreliable , not picking up the albums on the Melco
I have an apple device and the only app that I have found to work consistently is the Kinsky app
I was reading a very positive review of the N1A in the March issue of Stereophile but it states that it would not play from internet streaming services. True? I have relative few downloads and prefer to play CDs on my transport and streaming would is the main reason I am interested in a server to replace my aging Macbook.

Currently it doesn't, though I think there may be a workaround if you use BubbleUPNP on an android tablet to control it.

Hopefully this will be in some future functionality.
There is a new firmware available, version 2.3 but no release notes.

I've downloaded it but can't see where it's different.
