Ah sorry, I misunderstood. I'm guessing the Devialet is plugged into the 'Player' ethernet port on the Melco right and the Melco is acting as a network bridge from LAN to Player port? May be worth trying with Linn's Kinsky UPnP app if you can, see if that narrows it down to something app-specific. The fact there are problems with the Arcam app though suggests maybe something else. Network settings, including things like subnet masks, are all OK on each device do you think?

Hi, no problem! Devi on the player Port Melco no signal. Devi on the switch, no signal. Visible on the network in both tests Devi, and can be operated with Devi App! Search continues!
Linn Kazoo won’t work with Melco (Player port) —> Devialet Ethernet as Devialet has not implemented Openhome UPnP. Linn Kinsky works but only one song at a time, although their is a fix but you have to find an older version of the software. I am currently using Jriver Media Center on my laptop for UPnP functionality. Using an Audioquest Diamond going straight from Melco to Devialet and it’s sounds great via UPnP.
That explains it Jim. I have to admit I've not knowingly come across a renderer that wasn't OpenHome compliant - I didn't know it even mattered on the renderer side. You live and learn!

The Melco app would be the best! Can I still expect the Melco app (2016..2017..2018 ......)
I had similar problems with Melco on apps a few times. My CI Devialet is due next week so shame it isn't working quite yet or hasn't got the OpenHome handshake going.
I use Kinsky via TQB-USB and was hoping to get UPnP running via Ethernet also, bah...!!!
Has anyone worked around the Melco/UPnP hoodoo as yet?
Hi, tested some App on the weekend to try streaming from Melco to Devialet (Ethernet)! It did not work with any app that supports UPnP OpenHome (Kazoo, ....)! With app that can only UPnP standard, it worked! But unfortunately there is no app that has the comfort, and is nice to use! So now only the right app is missing!
Kinsky works, but only plays one track! Tidal and Qobuz also not possible!
See new beta 12.2.6 has been released just now and my 130Pro CI arrived today, although I won't get a chance to set it up properly due to work commitment :-(
