Nothing in my account either. Looks like Down Under will be last on the list. No biggy to me. I'm happy to let others iron out the creases.
While on my account I decided to click the chat function. Knowing they do Phantom only I started with the question 'do you know anything about the CI board. The answer was she didn't know what CI means... Anyway, she sent my question on to the Expert team.
Just got the advice to send them separately.
I received an email with an offer to upgrade my D250 with a ci but ....when i get into my account details on Dev website there is no button to request the upgrade Smile
I asked for one shipping label instead of two, because I wanted to use the outer box as extra protection. Here is Océane’s Response:


I re checked and only the first upgrades (not the core infinity) used the bigger box. 
I confirm that it is not possible to use only one label for one single pack this time around; 
Both units must be in separate carton boxes. 

Unfortunately there are no other choice, and we won't be able to proceed without two boxes. 
The reason is purely logistic on our side I fear, and necessary even if troublesome. I apologise about that.

So, what if we went ahead and sent them in one box? What would they do? Send it back without the upgrade being done? Absolute bollox.
Given the way UPS have knocked the boxes about between here and Paris, I'd be very reluctant to send my units back without being double-boxed.  The outer (combined) box is almost like sacrificial packaging - one trip there and back and it's had it.  Maybe I've misunderstood and Devialet are sending us two outer boxes for protection?  (If they're sending us boxes at all...sorry, I've been a bit out of this loop since I "didn't get the memo" so far.)

Océane confirmed that:

"We are starting to take units from Europe and US at the moment. It will be a bit different for Asia Pacific, that is why you have not yet been contacted. 

I understand though that you will be contacted before next year. More info coming soon."

She also said that there's currently no time limit on the upgrades, which is good to hear.
My dealer handled the first upgrade for me. in my account there is no update button as well. perhaps thats the reason.
I received  my FedEx label  yesterday. Mine is going to Plurison in Montréal so perhaps it will be turned around quickly.
I wonder if Devialet is starting with those that did the upgrade rather than bought a new Pro. Has anyone that has bought a new Pro received the notice to send theirs in yet? If so, when did you buy it? Just curious. I have not been notified yet and I bought my 1st 220 Pro Dec 2016 and the second one a month later.
