Its because UPS have collection hubs in certain places and all international traffic goes via them.

Just packing mine up to send back to Paris for the upgrade when I realise that I do not have the shipping eMail from UPS yet - Now given this was supposed to be step 2 and happen 'soon' according to the eMail Judith sent me on 30th November, something must have gone wrong.
More concerning is that the website now states that my units had have been upgraded as of 8th December...
I've contacted customer Service and I am awaiting their reply...

Same issue on my side. no ups label, since over a week in contact with support, annoying.
edit, just got the Labels
Received my labels, packed the units this evening and booked a UPS collection tomorrow. I have put the top film back on both and a slip of paper with my return address and unit serial number. Will advise on my tracking route and when they are returned.
