Their web site is definitely the worst I have ever seen on the net, and hasn't improved since they f*cked up the original simple technical one years ago.

I received the tracking number from Océane after requesting it. Both machines have been delivered today, in apparent good condition. Nice packaging BTW.

Is there any necessity to wait for the temperature of the equipment to match the room temperature before powering them ?
Wait for a few hours before powering on.
Mine just arrived too!!! Unboxing  Big Grin
I am presently surrounded by a huge wildfire so I am happy that the update takes more than 10days and I have not to worry about my toy!

Coming from a cold environment into a warm building could possibly lead to condensation forming on the innards. I let mine warm up thoroughly, just in case.
My 220 PRO was delivered in France at Nov 28th. I received confirmation from Devialet at Nov 30th. I understand that first „regular“ installations of the OS board were done after the announcement of release candidate 2.1 os software at Dec 1st.
This morning I received information from Devialet that my 220 left the factory and in the afternoon from UPS that it is on the way to Germany.
It seems that they have enough capacity for the upgrade, given that there were probably quite a lot of units in the queue until the release. Excellent job!

I think there is a different temperature requirement. That is: the user has to wait for his/her high temperature, arising from the frustration of waiting for the OS board for five months more than originally promised, to fall to the maximum operating temperature of the Devialet. Might take a while.
Received my D220 back from the upgrade. UPS has a strange service/delivery policy. I received no tracking ticket but only your package was delivered. Since I was not home the D220 was delivered at my neighbours. Isn't that strange? What if I don't have a good relationship with my Neighbours? Bye bye D220?

Shouldn't there be a policy to only deliver to the owner?
Update from HK.

Just received message from our distributor that someone from France will fly over to do upgrades . We just have to bring our units over to their office and wait a few days for the surgery to complete.

Small place with high concentration of Devialets has its advantages in this case.

Looking forward to the upgrade, hope the reported Roon issue will be resolved soon though.
London calling...

i got a message early yesterday with a rocket, so I assumed my unit was going up into space. Weird graphic. I now see it trundled across France, was put on a plane in Paris and went to ... Cologne, Germany. Maybe it's circling the UK waiting for a good time to strike. Perhaps Oslo next?

Great technology these days from couriers, but too much information. I'd have preferred a ring on the doorbell and a nice surprise.
The tracking from UPS is a little slow. I was looking this morning and saw that the amps had made their way from France via Germany and were now at Stanstead. Just then, the doorbell rang and there they were, returned back safe and sound and in the same condition as they were sent.
