My week old (new old stock) 220 Pro is in Paris as of today also. Hoping it'll be a swift and healthy return too...
My 250 Pro was sent and back in about a week, very fast i must say!
The only thing is i have a satin white former D-Premier from which some little pieces have been coming off from the finish. I did mentioned it before sending the unit to Paris and they were very responsive about it and promised to take a look into it.

When the unit was back it seems they did didn't do much more then look to these scratches, if even that. Even worse, there are some little extra scratches on the finish which weren't there before. I did mention this to Judith, but there is no responsive left after the job done it seems... It got you thinking...

At least it seems the upgraded Dev with CI seems to work for the the short one hour session i have with it up until now. That's something... The only thing is, i was using a fixed IP address before, this doesn't seem to work anymore with the CI board, despite the fact i have configured it this way. It just stays using DHCP, so for now i have made a DHCP reservation...
How long did your Pro stay in Paris for upgrade. Mine arrived Flers on 18 January and I did not receive any update since.

Mine arrived at their factory on the 3rd January and I did not get get a confirmation of arrival from them until the 5th.

I had heard nothing from them by the 16th January so I sent Judith an email asking how things were progressing and I immediately had the ‘Lift Off’ email to say it was on its way back. It arrived safe and sound on the 18th January.

Just got the 1000 pro back yesterday, il has been a very fast process, 1 week including transportation (France).
Received my 440 Pro back yesterday.

Sadly it doesn't work. It boots up to the point where it says 'Devialet 440  Pro core' and thats it I'm afraid. 

Not very happy as you can imagine.
My Pro was sent on Friday from UK so keen to see the turnaround.

Have you installed the latest firmware in both units. And reloaded your configuration files?

If you haven’t already it’s worth registering as beta tester, downloading and installing the latest Beta 10 firmware. It’s working well on my 440 Pro.
