I was wondering the same. I swapped not upgraded and have heard nothing so far.

I bought a new 220 Pro in June 2017. No upgrade offer here yet.

I bought mine as a new 1000 Pro - no update email yet.  Not that I'm interested at this point anyway, it works just as I want it to with Roon.
I was told also to include the powercord (the one from Audioquest). I wonder why?
I really don’t get how this works out. I bought a 120 second hand around this time last year and after re-registering it in my name, a few weeks later I was invited to send it in for Pro upgrade which I did. It is now a 220 Pro. Yesterday I got the invite to return it for CI upgrade which I went with. It is now in the hands of UPS with delivery at the factory scheduled for Monday. It’ll be interesting how it works once it is returned. For sure, I have more faith in Devialet customer Care compared with members here who frequently post so negatively. My whole experience with Devialet to date has been nothing but excellent in terms of communication and customer care. I love my amp and further love Devialet support.

I don’t have a clue why some here are prioritised over others. I suspect there is some weakness in the membership software. I’m not a techy so have no explanation. Maybe some of us have been singled out for undeclared beta testing? There is nothing new with companies using their customers for trial and feed back. We shall see.

What do I know? I’m just a user who loves music and my 220 Pro has made it for me, so real in my listening room. Real is the issue. Devialet did that for me!

That could be dodgy in my case; I'm using the SHUCKO plugs that came with the Od'A when I bouoght mine from Germany. If they replace it for an Aussie plugged one I would be pretty p-ed off.
I got absolutely no instruction on including ancillaries. I have simply sent back the amp, remote and the ancillary box because it adds structure to the package in transport.

completely agree with your sentiment here...Devialet is an exceptional company that, despite all of our bitchin' and the completely confusing press communication, they offer an upgrade path and great sonics.  I know the reports of two boxes, or one box, or remote included, or leave the remote, or....etc...can make your head spin but kudos to them.
In the Canadian case they elected to pay for two day FEDEX across the country when most companies would likely chose ground.
Suspect this upgrade will yield some surprisingly good results...my apologies to Hifi_swion  ;-)
Anyone hear anything about how the "November 16, Core Infinity will be presented to the press" event went that Quentin mentioned in his statement.

Océane confirmed that:

"We are starting to take units from Europe and US at the moment. It will be a bit different for Asia Pacific, that is why you have not yet been contacted.

I understand though that you will be contacted before next year. More info coming soon."

She also said that there's currently no time limit on the upgrades, which is good to hear.

When I did the first upgrade from D-premiere to Expert it was handled by the Devialet importer in New Zealand, in that case the Devialet was sent to Singapore (if I remember correctly) and updated there. The second upgrade (expert to Pro), instead the Amplifier was sent to Paris. Perhaps this upgrade will be similar to the first one and this is what Océane could refer to.
However in my purchase area of the Devialet's website I can already see the option to order the upgrade, but I think this is related to the fact that my amplifier was bought directly from France through the website when still there wasn't an importer for New Zealand.
