Devialet Chat

Mine has come back with a small scuff that wasn’t there when it went, they rang me about it before sending it back.

I said there were no obvious marks but of course I couldn’t tell how small they were talking about when they rang me.

It look like some of the guys doing the work are not all as careful as they should be.

I’m not sure mine is worth doing anything about but that one above is a disgrace!

I left my 220 to UPS last Friday with a bit of apprehension and was rewarded today with the upgraded amp

The latest software was already installed and my SD card was apart in the package with my configuration file. I turned on the amp without the card to check the SW version then plugged the card after powering off. Everything works fine, CD (digital coax), LP (MC), Air (from Roon thru Ethernet), TV (digital optical).

I am extremely pleased with Deviatet service and the speed at which they upgraded my system.

...After seing and reading about these casing scratches etc. ...im not in a mood to send my unit anywhere...

I have just received my 220pro that was sent last Friday.  Pretty good turnaround.  However, they neglected to return the remote (perhaps I shouldn't have sent).

Will I be able to use 220 with no remote or wait until returned?

Bit frustrating!

You can turn the unit on and off and change inputs from the button on the front panel.

If you have an iPhone/iPad or an android tablet you can download the Devialet app and control the volume and inputs from the app.

Short. But at least with android app you can switch the input also.

Please check that you have latest sw and check that you have enabled devialet in roon. At least I got it working immediately.
