Where did the information come from? I can not see any reference to it on the Devialet web site.

It was sent by e-mail. I saw the combo pictures of Devialet + Innuos. I didn’t pay too much attention because i don’t own a Devialet anymore. But was just wondering what’s behind this move. I can’t find anything on the web either. Maybe it was a distributor/dealer announcement.

The offer appears on The Audio Barn's website https://www.theaudiobarn.co.uk/devialet-innuos-offer/

No idea if it's just The Audio Barn that has the offer available, seems it's time limited to the 15th of December 2017.
I heard about the Innous package from a dealer in California. That is quite an endorsement for Zenith but it also states that core infinity is not a music server (without storage). Zen/Zenith has both USB and ethernet output (but no SPIF or AES) and I wonder what connection will sound better (before and after infinity core). Innous told me very likely USB.
I had an email from Judith yesterday to say that my 440 Pro had the CI boards fitted, had passed all the tests and had left the factory on its way back to me.
This scotches the rumour that Devialet were hanging on to upgraded units until the software was ready.

You might get yours before me!

Yours started their journey on the 1st, right? It’s going to be a close run thing!
Edit: just looked at the UPS site and it says: “order processed ready for UPS”, so perhaps it hasn’t left the factory yet. I don’t expect any movement until Monday now.
Just wandering i anyone from US had a chance to send they unit and get it back after CI upgrade ....how was the service and quality of upgrade....no damages, scrathces, etc.
@EloFan - I dropped my D440's off at Fedex on Thursday, they are due to arrive at the NY Service Center on Monday afternoon. So I have not received mine back yet. However, the customer service up to this point in time has been great as there were a few issues that needed to be resolved in order for me to order the upgrade and they were handled quickly.

Will let you know how I fair once I receive them back.
I’m discouraged here (in the USA).

Sent my two 250 pros in 2 weeks ago. Given all the problems, this past week I emailed and said please send them back - without the streamer board - I’ll send them in later. I was fairly quickly contacted and told that they would be back today - Saturday. Yesterday, when it was clear that I hadn’t been given a tracking number and they weren’t coming home today - I inquired and was told one was ready but not the other - I responded and said fine - send the completed one then the other later when it is complete. They are 2 separate 250 pros that I use as 1000 but can also use as individual 250’s. I thought I could begin to understand what the new board and firmware was all about.....I’ve gotten no response.

Just very dissapointed in this whole process.
