My order was raised 20th November, boxes delivered, but no labels, emails, nothing since. They've even put on my account page "Already Upgraded to Core Infinity", but I haven't had any upgrade, only received the Cardboard Packaging.

When you say shortly, is that Devialet shortly, as they seem to be on different timescale to everyone else.
Finally got the email.

Won’t be taking them up in the offer (not yet anyway) but will try and get email confirmation that there’s no deadline as the email wording is quite vague.

Same here - just got invite email but due to various work and family commitments around Christmas I cannot send them to Paris until early Jan. I'm checking with them that this is ok.
I hope there is no time limit on returning my 220 for the upgrade, I don't want to be without my 220 over the holiday and I'm not convinced it would get turned around in time if I arrange to send it now. Shippers are under pressure at this time of year and will skimp on getting stuff out or drop them with neighbours or somewhere the unit could go missing, not prepared to take the risk. Much better to wait until the new year when the frenzy of Christmas has died down IMO.

One box is severely damaged, including the inner box, and although the casework appears unharmed, the unit is dead. Angry Angry

Disappointing or what??

I am in rural Somerset, UK.

In the interest of absolute accuracy, I have not witnessed a forged signature, but upon tracking the ('proof of') delivery it states: 'Received by Hubregeste' which is clearly untrue; I was in Thailand on that day.

The horror, yeah! So sorry for you mate... Either UPS or Devialet is responsible for this. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Keep us updated.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Email to UPS on Sunday; unsurprisingly no response there either so have just phoned up and gone through PAINFUL calling centre routine of 20 min.
Hopefully someone more senior will phone back...

I just hope they reconsider their couriers for the future, as this is dire and I'm sure others will have problems as well!

In a way, it is almost fortuitous that I (or anybody else) never signed for the shipments, so UPS cannot claim that we accepted the damaged goods.
While I understand and sympathise with your experience I don't think a change of courier is necessary. I have never had any problems with UPS on any of the times that I have used them before, there must be a reason that your particular guy was a wombat.

Very sorry to hear about this, it must be truly miserable for you.  I hope Devialet accept full responsibility, since they arranged the courier, and make things right to your satisfaction.

I agree with NickB: it's luck of the draw whether your goods are handled well or badly, and can't be generalised based just on the courier company.  Our local UPS people are exceptional, but the chain is only as strong as its weakest link, etc.
I just had a reply from Devialet about my question is there a time limit to return for the upgrade, the answer I got was return has no time limit so I will return my 220 in the new year.
