I believe it is 15 days = 2 weeks. If I remember correctly it was mentioned somewhere during CI launch.

If I remember right, my Pro upgrade took 10 days from door to door. That was fast.

Mine went off on Monday, a 250 Pro. Devialet told me that Air is being given a new name, which suggests it will be a whole lot better. The name is not a whole lot better, I like "Air", nice and simple and does what it says on the tin (most of the time).
Interesting. The acronym 'AIR' has always been a little confusing as it seems to erroneously imply a connection to wi-fi or even some similarity to AirPlay so a change of name could be a good thing.

I had a phone call from Devialet today regarding one other issue. I asked about how long queue they have in the CI upgrade and when I can expect to receive my amps. Oceane said "before Christmas holiday season, probably faster". So 3-4 weeks seems to be quite near real life.
