Today it is 4 weeks that I shipped my D250 Pro and finally got a working return Fedex tracking. That is a long time without music. At least I was traveling for 2 weeks and then I was evacuated for the Thomas fire (house and surrounding landscape untouched but 85% of my property is in ashes). Still have to wait a few more days to know how it sounds after CI.

So glad to hear that your house is intact, but sorry about the rest of your property. Hope you enjoy your 250 when you get it back.

Unfortunately I do not share that experience.  It is 18 days since my D250 Pro arrived at the upgrade facility in France and I still don't know when it will be returned.Sad

It is 25 days since my D220Pro ...
@jvoki Where are you located? I am in the US, mine has been at the service center since the 4th and I expect it to be shipped back to me this coming Monday. I would suggest checking with Devialet, their support team has been very responsive to all my inquiries, including status in queue, et al

Czech r., i have ticket, but without response
I would suggest opening a new ticket, sometimes they "slip" through the cracks, sorry to hear you have had to wait so long.
Mine was sent last tuesday and i received this morning an e-mail from Judith saying it´s already back in transit.
Pretty fast...
I got mine back this morning and the remote is completely dead,no reaction. I was waiting 4.5 weeks and then not useable at all. Just survived the Thomas fire which burned 85% of my property so I don't need more headaches. I tried the app on my android phone and it is not finding my amp!

After half an hour suddenly the remote is working. I have no idea why is was not working and suddenly decided to work.
Received my 440Pro back today, unit still boxed up, busy working on a kitchen reno.

Exactly 14 days (including weekends) from shipping to receiving. I live in Ottawa mine where sent to Montreal.
