Hi there,

Just a quick check: I have not received any info/email from Devialet regarding the CI upgrade. Should I start to worry about it ? Have you all received first info (at least) ?

Don’t worry about it. As far as I can gather, they are handing out invites in blocks of 500, starting with the first customers who upgraded to Pro status. Hang in there, your turn will come soon.  Smile

One box is severely damaged, including the inner box, and although the casework appears unharmed, the unit is dead. Angry Angry

Disappointing or what??

Update:

After 12 days of shenanigans getting UPS to finally understand that I was not accepting delivery and the faulty unit needed to be returned to Devialet (I drove to their depot, returning it personally and explained it all -  one cannot effectively call them on the phone - and then they still tried to deliver it again!), we have a good outcome:

I had constantly been informing Devialet of events as they occurred, and yesterday Roger from Customer Service called up to say that they were replacing the unit with a new one, which would be sent straight away.... result Smile Smile Smile
I am happy for you.
Devialet is definitely striking points here!!
Mine is already at home, just one week (tuesday to tuesday) and that´s it. Pretty fast, is yet in the box, i hope they did something in it,

I too have not received an email from Devialet, however when I first login to the Devialet website the upgrade option appears under "My products".  However when I select "My products" the option has gone (confusing).  I suggest you do a fresh login to Devialet and see if you have a CORE INFINITY button.
With a granddaughter and Christmas on the way I will be leaving it to the New Year.

I did not have an email until after my very kind dealer started hassling Devialet, after which the invite came and the 'Core Infinity' update button appeared in the 'My Devialet Products' section of the Devialet website.  Earlier in the week, I checked the Devialet website during my lunch break on a work PC, the Core Infinity upgrade buttons had gone.  Curiously, checking now on my home PC, they are back!  I have no idea why.....
Same here. After all the reported problems, perhaps they are getting desperate for more victims ?
Hah hah hah, mine comes home tomorrow! Either way, it will be an adventure.

As a bit of a contrast, Star Track, the Australian contractor to UPS, has today knocked on our door while my wife was in the back yard and didn't even leave the empty boxes they were supposed to deliver. My wife needed to make a new appointment for delivery. Empty boxes and they didn't just leave them at the door. It wouldn't even get wet there. Now THAT's pedantic.
