Hey Dan i see you've gone for the LS-25 cables now, great choice. Wink

Yes although the LS5s are still connected up, I think the LS25s will need a decent time running/breaking in :-)

More concerning is that the website now states that my units had have been upgraded as of 8th December...

I've contacted customer Service and I am awaiting their reply...

Got mine back a few days ago, and finally got round to unpacking and setting them back up today, no damage done to the units this time and everything seems to be working fine.

Couple of things I’ve noticed:

The remote seems to be even more notchy than the last upgrade

There doesn’t seem to be anyway of disabling the UPnP input in the configurator?
Hi Friends, now I have to say a big compliment to Devialet.
Now about the update to Core Infinity:
14.01. Upgrade to Devialet.
16:01 Picked up by UPS.
28.01 Mail from Devialet Core Test passed, device is being prepared for shipment.
29.01 Devialet delivered by UPS.
I took the trouble to make an outer packaging for the transport, and surprise the Devialet came back in my built-up packaging! After shipping, I found that I forgot the covers for the unused inputs to decrease! Surprise too the covers were completely available. To the optical state of the Pro and remote control, factory new !! Summary: It could not have been better! Angel
Its still radio silence for me.

15.01. Picked up by DHL.
18.01. Arrived in Fleurs.
19.01

30.01 Hello anybody home?

Nothing heard since except for an email from Devialet on 22.01, 4 days after it had been signed for, assuring me that the custom issue (which was dated 17.01), would be taken care of  Huh

Why don't you send an email to Judith or give them a call?
I received back my Dev today after having send it for the Core Infinity upgrade last week Monday!
This was really fast and everything went perfect  Smile
SW 12.1.2 and DOS 2.1.0 was installed already and I just loaded my previous settings...
Roon found my Dev in the network as My Devialet ETH, I selected it as zone output and it works perfectly.
So, all done for now to start some listening sessions.
Door to door (France) 1 week...
Seems us in the Southern Hemisphere are being left behind at present. I was previously advised by Devialet International Project Engineer that the CI Upgrades would commence in Australia in January. Haven't had any email from Devialet since late November, so no idea what is happening for us Expert owners down-under.

Appreciate the CI Software is still a work in progress (appears they're slowly getting there), but it would be nice to have some correspondence from Devialet - it's been 2 months and no news (Devialet with there usual indifference to their customers)

I am in the same boat - and checked with my local dealer - who told me that the upgrades will be done locally, but have been delayed a month and probably will occur end of February.

Appreciate that's delays can happen (it is Devialet Tongue ), but the lack of info is frustrating. It seems Devialet have learned nothing (again, no surprise here) and seem more interested in the PR email from Quentin.

I live in Perth, and don't have the option of the upgrade being carried out locally, therefore will need to send over East. Back in November the Devialet Engineer advised me not to send my Pro's back to France for the upgrades as the Australian option would be the quickest. Now you saying that you've been advised that the upgrade program won't commence until end of February will be 3+ months after Devialet advising local upgrade would be the quickest option (like not Shy ).
